The September 17, 2025, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Community Safety Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 7:12 p.m. at Ciao Ristorante Italiano, 2015 E Vista Way, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commission members, and staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
