COMMENDATION:
1. Open, conduct and close a public hearing to receive feedback on the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.

dopt City Council Resolution No. 2025- , approving the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report and authorizing the submittal of the report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

RRELATION TO CITY COUNCIL GOALS: Homelessness & Housing; Parks & Recreation; Traffic:
Continue to improve the flow of traffic for all forms of travel, reduce congestion, and improve our roads and sidewalks.

RIOR ACTION: On May 27, 2025, adopted City Council Resolution 2025-81, approving the 2025- 2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, authorizing the submittal of the plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute all documents related to the implementation of said plans (Vote: 5-0).
On April 22, 2025, closed the public hearing and opened a 30-day public review period for the proposed 2025-2029 Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan to solicit community input (Vote: 5-0).
On September 24, 2024, adopted City Council Resolution No. 2024-153, approving the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report and authorizing the submittal of the report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (Vote: 5-0).
On April 23, 2024 adopted City Council Resolution No. 2023-51, approving the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan, authorizing the submittal of the Plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and authorizing the City Manager to approve and execute all documents related to the implementation of said Plans (Vote: 5-0)
