1. WELCOME
2. MINUTES – Review Minutes from the August 28, 2025, Meeting (No. 5).
3. PRESENTATION –City Staff and Rick Engineering will present to the Committee regarding the final Downtown Plan, revisions to the park concept plan, and associated recommendations. Staff will discuss timeframe expectations for the various policy recommendations and ask the Committee to group policy recommendations into short-term, medium-term and long-term categories.
4. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL – The Committee will discuss a final recommendation to the City Council. Staff is tentatively planning to present the plan to the City Council on October
28. 5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS – Public comment on items not on the agenda but that fall under the purview of the Committee.
