STATEMENT ON THE SUBJECT: Councilmember Contreras requested the City Manager place a discussion item on an upcoming agenda to discuss a proposed resolution endorsing the Polluters Pay Climate Superfund Act and Campaign. Councilmember Contreras’ proposed resolution is attached as Exhibit 1.
