The October 15, 2025, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 7:00 p.m. at Prohibition Brewing Co., 2004 E Vista Way, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commission members, and staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
