Contractor is hereby directed by the City of Vista to make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do the following described work not included in the plans and specifications.
1.1 Addition of (9) solar streetlights including the locations below due to the type of location (e.g. intersection), lack of nighttime lighting, and traffic conditions resulting in an increase of $76,080.00 and an increase of 5 Working Days.
Taylor Street at Voluntary Road – SWC
Laguna Drive at Arcadia Avenue – Centered T Intersection Laguna Drive at Taylor Street – SWC
Laguna Drive at 1746 Laguna Drive
W. East Drive at Briarway Court – SEC
Redlands Street at Avenida De La Plaza – North of Driveway to 517 Redlands Rush Avenue at 1630 Rush Avenue
Bobolink Drive at Blackbird Drive – SWC
Bobolink Drive at Tinamou Place – SEC
It is agreed that the full and final compensation for this work shall result in a final contract increase in the amount of $76,080.00
Reference is made to the Contract Documents with specific reference to Section 6-7.1 of the Supplementary General Provisions.
Total increased cost associated with this Change Order is $76,080.00
This change order is not valid until signed by both the owner and the contractor. Signature of the contractor indicates his agreement herewith, for full compensation including mark-ups and extended overhead to the contract sum and adjustments to contract time. By executing this change order, the contractor agrees that no additional compensation or claims for items of work listed in this change order will be allowed. Any attempt to change this form by transmittals or other means shall render this change order void.
