The January 21, 2026, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Public Arts Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 7:00 p.m. at Vista Village Pub, 224 Main Street, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and City staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 8:20 p.m.
