Staff recommend revising the facility rental and program fees to include four -person cabana rentals at $40 per day effective March 1, 2026. Based on the average cabana utilization rate of 82%, staff estimate the proposed fee would generate approximately $11,280 in additional annual revenue.
Bas
ed on council direction, staff recommend reinstating the lap swim program in April 2026 concurrent with the start of swimming lessons. Proposed fees would increase from $3 to $5 for daily lap swim. To reduce the financial barriers for participation, the 30-day pass will be reduced to a 12 -day pass, and the proposed fees will be $45 for the 12-day resident pass and $55 for the 12-day non-resident pass. The resident and non - resident fee modeling is consistent with general admission and other program fees.
