FEBRUARY 18, 2026
The February 18, 2026, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Youth Advisory Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 6:10 p.m. at Mama ‘n Papa’s Pizza Grotto, 988 Civic Center Dr, Vista, California.

City Manager John Conley, Recreation and Community Services Operations Manager Rob Anderson DINNER
City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and City staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
