The March 18, 2026, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Planning Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 6:30 p.m. at Cocina del Carmen, 1350 E Vista Way, Unit 8, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and City staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
