TATEMENT ON THE SUBJECT: Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 8397, Wildwood Park Restroom Upgrade Project will replace the existing deteriorated restroom with a new prefabricated concrete restroom facility and will provide four individual user stalls. The new restroom will be a lower maintenance structure which matches other existing park restrooms throughout the City.

ourcewell is a local government unit that was formed to implement a cooperative purchasing program for the benefit of State and local agencies. By purchasing the restroom facility through a cooperative purchasing program, the City will achieve administrative time efficiencies, cost savings based on volume purchasing from the program, and will satisfy competitive bidding requirements.

taff reviewed Sourcewell’s procurement with CXT Incorporated and recommends Council approve a contract with CXT Incorporated for $248,945 for the purchase of a restroom facility for Wildwood Park.
