EMENT ON THE SUBJECT: The project site consists of a 9.3-acre site at the address 2123 N. Santa Fe Avenue (APN: 159- 240-07-00) as shown in Exhibit 1A. A vicinity map is included as Exhibit 2. The tentative subdivision map, P21-0300, was approved by the City of Vista City Council on November 15, 2022 (Exhibit 3).
The Cal
ifornia Subdivision Map Act requires the filing of a final map for any approved tentative map. Approval of a final map is ministerial if the final map conforms to the approved tentative map and the developer has complied with all conditions of approval attached to the tentative map. The approved Tentative Subdivision Map provides for 46 single-family homes on 9.3 acres of land. The proposed project is consistent with the AGENDA
