ursuant to the Governor's Executive Order N- 08-21, the City Council Members and staff may choose to participate in person or by video conference. The City Council meetings are presented in a hybrid format, in-person at City Hall and virtually via Zoom Webinar. The public may participate via the following options:

Public Comments will be taken following the staff presentation and initial questions and comments by Council. Each Public Comment may be restricted to two (2) minutes in length.
Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record; however, they are limited to two (2) minu tes. If a comment is received after the specific time mentioned above but before the meeting is adjourned, the comment will still be included as a part of the record of the meeting but will not be read into the record.
