Special Meeting – 6:00 p. m.
SPECIALMEETING – 6:00 pm
1) CALLTO ORDER: Mayor Martinez called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm. 2) ROLLCALL:
Present: Mayor Martinez, Mayor Pro Tem Garcia, Council Members: Medina, Reyna, Saldaña
Late: Mayor Pro tem Garcia 6:02 pm
Staff Present: City Manager Hurlbert, City Clerk Martinez, and Chief of Police Fivecoat 3) FLAG SALUTE: led by Mayor Martinez
4) NEW BUSINESS:
a. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager or his Designee to finalize and execute the following with California High- Speed Rail Authority:
Cooperation and Resolution Agreement
Demolition Reimbursement Agreement
Grade Separation Agreement
Ownership & Maintenance Agreement
Right of Way Transfer Agreement
Powerpoint presentation by City Manager Hurlbert.
Council would like to see a date certain for the use of the land and acre age amount on the Demoltion Reimbursement Agreement.
Council requested O& M agreement include how the underpass will be enclosed when not needed.

The City Clerk announced no email comment were received for any of the agendized items.
Motion was made by Council Member Reyna, seconded by Council Member Medina, to adopt the Resolution by the following roll call vote:

b. Review and Direction regarding the design of the Wasco Police Department Badge and Uniform Patch.
City Manager Hurlbert gave an oral presentation for the Council to choose from Option A or Option B for the Wasco Police Department badge and uniform patch.
The consensus of the City Council was to choose Option A for the badge and Option A for the uniform patch.
5) ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Martinez adjourned the meeting at 7:14 pm.
