SPECIAL MEETING – 5:30 p.m.
1) CALL TO ORDER:
Deputy City Clerk Flores canceled the meeting at 5:32 p.m. due to a lack of quorum.
2) ABSENT: Mayor Martinez, Mayor Pro Tem Garcia, Council Members: Medina, Reyna, Saldaña
3) FLAG SALUTE: None
4) NEW BUSINESS:
a. Review and Direction to Staff regarding t he Preliminary Proposed Annual Operating General Funds, Enterprise Funds, Special Revenue Funds Budget, and New Capital Improvement Projects for the Fiscal Year of 2023 -2024, and Find that this action is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c) (3), no environmental review is required.
