ceptance of the Resource Environmental, Inc. bid for the Wasco Labor Camp Demolition and Cleanup 750 H Street Project; Rejection of all bids submitted on November 14, 2023, and Authorize the City Manager or Designee to reissue a request for proposal for the Wasco Farm Labor Camp Demolition and Cleanup 750 H Street project , and Find that this action is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3), no environmental review is required.
