1) CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Pro Tem Garcia called the meeting at 5:01 pm
2) ROLL CALL: Mayor Martinez, Mayor Pro Tem Garcia, Council Members: Medina, Reyna, Saldaña
PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Garcia, Council Members: Medina, Reyna, Saldaña ABSENT: Mayor Martinez
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Hurlbert, City Attorney Schroeter, City Clerk Martinez, Public Works Director Villa and Project Manager Garcia
3) SPECIAL PRESENTATION:
a. Discussion and Adopt a Resolution repe aling the City Council’s approval of the acceptance of the Resource Environmental, Inc. bid for the Wasco Farm Labor Camp Demolition and Cleanup 750 H Street Project; Rejection of all bids submitted on November 14, 2023, and Authorize the City Manager o r Designee to reissue a request for proposal for the Wasco Farm Labor Camp Demolition and Cleanup 750 H Street project , and Find that this action is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3), no environmental review is required.

City Clerk Martinez read an email comment from Chase Tinsley, Director of Estimating & Preconstruction at Resource Environmental, into the record.
Public Comments:
Tim Davis, representing Amerivet, provided a copy of the public comments read into the record.
Motion was made by Council member Medina, seconded by Council member Saldana to adopt the resolution by the following roll call vote:

NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: MARTINEZ
