1) CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Garcia called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m.
2) ROLL CALL: Mayor Garcia, Mayor Pro Tem Medina, Council Members: Martinez, Reyna, Saldaña
PRESENT: Mayor Garcia, Mayor Pro Tem Medina, Council Members: Martinez, Reyna, Saldaña
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Hurlbert, Assistant City Manager Lara, City Clerk Martinez, Deputy City Clerk Flores, Public Works Director Villa, Community Development Director Cobb, Finance Director Perez -Hernandez, Chief of Police Fivecoat, Communications Specialist Perez, Human Resource Manager Vera.

4) NEW BUSINESS:
a. City Council 202 4 Strategic Planning Session; Goal and Priority Setting Discussion and Direction related thereto and Find that this action is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines S ection 15060(c) (3), no environmental review is required.
During the Strategic Planning Workshop, the Finance, Community Development, Public Works, City Manager’s Office, and Police Department presented their department accomplishments for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 and incentives for Fiscal Year 2024/2025

This list provides clear guidance to staff when building the budgets and work plans for Fiscal Year 2024/2025.
