Review and Direction to Staff regarding t he Preliminary Proposed Annual Operating General Funds, Enterprise Funds, Special Revenue Funds Budget, and New Capital Improvement Projects for the Fiscal Year of 2024-2025 , and Find that this action is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c) (3), no environmental review is required.
