SPECIAL MEETING – 6:00 p.m.
1) CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Medina called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2) ROLL CALL: Mayor Medina, Mayor Pro Tem Saldaña, Council Members: Martinez, Reyna PRESENT: Mayor Medina, Mayor Pro Tem Saldaña, Council Member Reyna ABSENT: Council Member Martinez
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Hurlbert, City Clerk Martinez, Deputy City Clerk Flores
3) FLAG SALUTE: led by the Mayor Medina
4) NEW BUSINESS:
a. Adopt a Resolution of the City of Wasco accepting the City Clerks Certification that there are not more candidates than offi ces to be elected for in the upcoming November 5, 2024 General Election.
Oral presentation by City Clerk Martinez.
There were no public comments.
A motion was made by Council Member Reyna, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Saldaña, to adopt the resolution by the following roll call vote:
AYES: MEDINA, SALDAÑA, REYNA
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: MARTINEZ
5) ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Medina adjourned the meeting at 6:11 p.m.
