Oral presentation by City Manager Hurlbert.

Council Member Reyna proposed that the Veterans Banner Program give sponsors the option to display their information on the LED display board or remain anonymous and give priority to local veterans if space on the light poles is limited and can honor the employee veterans who are not local through the display, and to place the banners underneath the light on the light pole ; for those employees who have existing banners for those banners not to be removed, and to replace the banners if they become old.

City Manager Scott Hurlbert mentioned that when the banner program opens up, the new applications were planned to have banners made for employees with residency waivers. If space was limited, the city would set those aside and include them in the digital display.
