Mayor Medina called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m.

5) NEW BUSINESS:
a. City Council and Wasco Recreation and Parks District Board Session; Goal and Priority Setting Discussion. No action is requested.
Oral presentation by City Manager Hurlbert.
Oral presentation b y Wasco Recreation and Parks District WRPD Manager Chris Serna and Wasco Recreation and Parks WRPD Consultant Monya Jameson.
There were no public comments.
Topics of discussion:
Recreation and Parks District Grant Projects: Annin Park and Cormack Park. The need for stadium lighting at night at Westside Park. Potential agreement between the City of Wasco and WPRD. Limited access to water for Barker Park and Westside Park during the winter months.
Potential collaboration with the City and Recreation and Parks District to assist with graffiti removal, lighting, equipment, and pavement repairs. The need for additional green open space available for sports practices. The City Council and WRPD are to meet every six months. 6) ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Medina adjourned the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
