SPECIAL MEETING – 5:00 p.m.
1) CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Pro Tem Reyna called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2) ROLL CALL: Mayor Saldaña, Mayor Pro Tem Reyna, Council Members: M artinez, Raya, Medina
PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Reyna, Council Members: Martinez, Raya, Medina ABSENT: Mayor Saldaña
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager M. Scott Hurlbert. Public Works Director Luis Villa, Chief of Police Alecio Mora.
3) FLAG SALUTE: led by the Mayor Pro Tem
4) NEW BUSINESS:
a. City Council finds this action is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to finalize and execute purchase orders with Motorola Solutions for Police Department RF Expansion, P.25 Upgrade, and Console System Projects.

Motion by Council Member Medina, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Reyna, to adopt the resolution by the following roll call vote:

ABSENT: SALDAÑA
b. City Council finds this action is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager o r designee to finalize and execute a Contract with Motorola Solutions for an Evaluation of Drone as First Responder (DFR) Program for the Wasco Police Department.
