Patricia Krause, City Clerk / Administrative Services Director **According to Government Code 54953(c)(3) at least a quorum of the members of the legislative body shall participate from locations within the boundaries of the territory over which the local agency exercises jurisdiction, except as provided in subdivision (d).
Only one member of the City Council was present within the boundaries of the City of Waterford, therefore there was not a quorum, and the meeting could not continue. Mayor Aldaco continued all items on the agenda to a date and time certain of October 20th, 2022 at 6:30 pm, and adjourned the meeting at 6:32 pm.
