City Attorney Browning had no comments.
City Manager Pitcock gave the Council an update on the Community Center Project, the Tm Bell Project, and the Pecan/Western Project. Mr. Pitcock informed the Council that staff were addressing the standing water issues and filling potholes around town. The City manager updated the Council on his meeting with developers who are interested in building in the City.

Vice Mayor Kitchens thanked Love Waterford for the Impact Report that was provided.
Councilmember Harris had no comments.
Mayor Goeken thanked everyone for coming to the meeting.
