1. ROLL CALL
Mayor Parker and Council Members Hurst and Quiroz-Carter were present.
Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (House of Representatives 19th District) was present Staff members present were City Manager Pro Tempore Vides, Public Works & Utilities Director Di Renzo, Airport Director Williams, Environmental Sustainability Manager McCloud, Airport Operations Manager Rosas, Assistant City Clerk Ortiz, Public Information Officer Pulido, Police Sergeant Lopez, Police Officer Hernandez, Police Officer Alvarez-Nava, Multimedia & Communications Analyst Vasquez, County Mental Health Liaison Valencia, and John Arriaga of JEA & Associates.
2. RIVER PARK (LEVEE TOUR) – 100 EAST FRONT STREET
Environmental Sustainability Manager McCloud spoke about ongoing efforts to improve the River Levee to prevent flooding.

3. WATSONVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TOUR – 100 AVIATION WAY Airport Director Williams and Airport Operations Manager Rosas spoke about airport operations and highlighted the fuel island available at the Airport. 3:45 p.m.
4. WATER RESOURCES CENTER TOUR - 500 CLEARWATER LANE
Public Works & Utilities Director Di Renzo gave an overview of the history of the Water Recourses Center and listed challenges Watsonville faced in maintaining its infrastructure.
Environmental Sustainability Manager McCloud spoke about climate change and its effects on water services.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 4:19 p.m.
