CITY OF WEED CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 10, 2022
The City Council of the City of Weed held a regular meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 3:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Mayor Kim Greene called the meeting to order and led recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. Present, in addition to Mayor Greene, were Council Members Stacey Green, Bob Hall, Ken Palfini, and Susan Tavalero. Also present were City Attorney David Ruderman, City Manager Tim Rundel, and City Clerk Sandra Duchi.

There was none.
IV. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Council Member Tavalero moved to adjourn. Council Member Hall seconded the motion and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Green, Greene, Hall, Palfini, and Tavalero NOES: None
ABSENT: None
V. CLOSED SESSION
Public Employment Appointment (§ 54957): City Attorney.
VI. ADJOURN TO OPEN SESSION
Council Member Hall moved to adjourn to open session. Council Member Tavalero seconded the motion and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Green, Greene, Hall, Palfini, and Tavalero NOES: None
