A. Adopt Records Retention Schedule and Authorize Destruction of Certain City Records. City Clerk presented item A, Council questions were asked and answered.
B. Accept grant/easement deed from Francisco J. and Yesenia Rivera.
C. Hold a second reading, by title only, and adopt Ordinance No. 466-2022, opting into the Siskiyou County Integrated Solid Waste Management Regional Agency’s Edible Food Recovery Ordinance.
Director of Public Works presented items B and C, Council questions were asked and answered.
D. Authorize City Manager to enter into purchase contract APN# 060-331-020 Valtinjos LLC.
E. Approve contract amendments for City Attorney. City Manager presented items D and E, Council questions were asked and answered.
F. Approve City Council Minutes for Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 1/13/2022.
F. Approve payment warrants dated from 2/1/2022 through 01/05/22 including any voided warrants totaling $1,680,139.02, and 1/27/2022 void totaling $2,247.55. No discussion for items F and F.
