By Motion, consider adoption of Resolution No. 07-2022 Authorizing Remote Teleconference Meetings.
Discussion Items:
1. By Motion, hold a second reading, by title only, and adopt Ordinance No. 467-2022, regarding Short Term Rentals.
2. By Motion, hold a second reading, by title only, and adopt Ordinance No. 468-2022, adopting a Policy for the use of Military Equipment by the Weed Police Department.
3. By Motion, consider adoption of Resolution No. 08-2022 List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Funded by SB 1 Roads Repair and Accountability Act of 2017.
4. By Motion, consider adoption of Resolution No. 09-2022 Accepting Acquisition of Property located at 44 South Weed Boulevard and authorize City Manager to execute documents.
5. By Motion, consider adoption of Resolution No. 10-2022 entering into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Weed and the City of Mt. Shasta Fire Departments.
6. By Motion, consider approval of draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Cal-Fire and the City of Weed Fire Department.
7. Minutes - By Motion approve City Council Minutes for Special Meeting, Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 3/10/2022.
8. By Motion approve payment warrants dated from 3/10/22 through 4/6/2022 including any voided warrants totaling $158,330.13.

13. Fire Department - By Motion, consider approval for Fire Chief to draft a matching grant with CalFire.
14. Transient Occupancy Tax – By Motion, consider approval for second quarter GAP funding request by the Weed Chamber of Commerce.
15. Senior Services – By Motion, Council will consider approval of funding request for Senior Lunches.
16. Encroachment Permit – By Motion, Council will consider approval for the closure of Main Street on April 20, 2022 from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm.
