5. By Motion, consider adoption of Resolution No. 10-2022 entering into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Weed and the City of Mt. Shasta Fire Departments.
6. By Motion, consider approval of draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Cal-Fire and the City of Weed Fire Department.

7. Minutes - By Motion approve City Council Minutes for Special Meeting, Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 3/10/2022.
8. By Motion approve payment warrants dated from 3/10/22 through 4/6/2022 including any voided warrants totaling $158,330.13.
9. By Motion – approve and file month end report dated 2/28/2022.
10. Audit Presentation for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2021 – By Motion, Council will receive draft audit and consider acceptance for filing.
11. Discussion Item only – Discussion of dedicated ¼ cent sales tax, give direction to staff.

12. Streets and Roads – By Motion, consider approval of bid for Lincoln, Union, Broadway, and Angel Valley Road Rehab.

13. Fire Department - By Motion, consider approval for Fire Chief to draft a matching grant with CalFire.

14. Transient Occupancy Tax – By Motion, consider approval for second quarter GAP funding request by the Weed Chamber of Commerce.

15. Senior Services – By Motion, Council will consider approval of funding request for Senior Lunches.

16. Encroachment Permit – By Motion, Council will consider approval for the closure of Main Street on April 20, 2022 from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm.

17. Discussion – Request from residents, parents and students of Weed Elementary School and Weed High School to initiate reorganization of Siskiyou Union High School and Weed Elementary School.
