Notice of Open Meeting: June 6, 2022
Notice is hereby given:
The City Council will conduct a Work Session at City Hall 550 Main Street, Weed, CA 96094 on Thursday, June 09, 2022 at 4:30 pm. Tentative topics include:
1. Public Safety – by Motion, approve Encroachment Permit for the Weed Chamber of Commerce.
2. Human Resources – by Motion, approve the Memorandum of Understanding 2022/2025 for Sworn and Non-Sworn.
3. Administration – by Motion, approve changing the September 8, 2022 Regular Meeting to September 15, 2022 Special Meeting due to League of California Cities Meeting in Long Beach.
4. Water Restrictions – by Motion, approve Resolution No. 18-2022 Water Restrictions.
5. Minutes – By Motion approve City Council Minutes for Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 5/12/2022.
6. Financial Report(s) – By Motion approve payment warrants dated from 04/13/2022 through 06/01/2022 including any voided warrants totaling $329,351.65.
7. Finance -by Motion, Council will consider introduction and first reading by title only for Ordinance No. 469-2022.
8. League of Cities – by Resolution, Council will consider selection of Voting Delegate and Voting Delegate Alternate for the Annual Conference in Long Beach September 7-9, 2022.
9. Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) – by Motion, consider requests for TOT and approve allocations.
