3. Administration – by Motion, approve changing the September 8, 2022 Regular Meeting to September 15, 2022 Special Meeting due to League of California Cities Meeting in Long Beach. City Manager discussed item.
4. Water Restrictions – by Motion, approve Resolution No. 18-2022 Water Restrictions. Public Works Director discussed item.
5. Minutes – By Motion approve City Council Minutes for Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 5/12/2022. Council Member Green stated he led the Pledge of Allegiance. No other discussion.
6. Financial Report(s) – By Motion approve payment warrants dated from 04/13/2022 through 06/01/2022 including any voided warrants totaling $329,351.65. No discussion.
7. Finance -by Motion, Council will consider introduction and first reading by title only for Ordinance No. 469-2022. City Attorney discussed item.
8. League of Cities – by Resolution, Council will consider selection of Voting Delegate and Voting Delegate Alternate for the Annual Conference in Long Beach September 7-9, 2022. City Manager discussed item.
9. Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) – by Motion, consider requests for TOT and approve allocations.
