CITY OF WEED CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 15, 2022
The City Council of the City of Weed held a regular meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 10:00 am in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Mayor Ken Palfini called the meeting to order and led recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. Present, in addition to Mayor Palfini, were Council Members Mark Mazzoni, Darrell Parham, and Susan Tavalero. Council Member Bob Hall was absent at roll call. Also present were City Manager Tim Rundel, and City Clerk Sandra Duchi.
Council Member Palfini moved to excuse Council Member Hall. Council Member Tavalero seconded the motion and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Mazzoni, Palfini, Parham, and Tavalero NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Hall
III. NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT
There was none.
IV. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Council Member Mazzoni moved to adjourn. Council Member Tavalero seconded the motion and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Mazzoni, Palfini, Parham, and Tavalero NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Hall
Council Member Hall arrived at 10:30 am.
