By Motion - Approve City Council Minutes for Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from January 12, 2023.
By Motion - Approve payment warrants dated from 01/11/2023 through 01/25/2023 including any voided warrants totaling $459,783.48.
By Motion - Approve and file month end finance reports for the month(s) of January 2023.
Fire – By Motion, approve request by Steve Duncan, Weed Fire Chief, to apply for the Assistance to Firefighter’s Grant (AFG).
Planning Commission –By Motion, appoint Dereck Dewhurst to the Weed Planning Commission (full term).
Public Works – By Motion, adopt Resolution No. 03-2023 setting a public hearing for the creation of Underground District No. 7 for March 9, 2023.
All items were discussed in an open forum. Council Members questions were asked and answered.
