The City Council will conduct a Work Session at City Hall 550 Main Street, Weed, CA 96094 on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 4:30 pm. Tentative topics include:
Proclamation by First 5 – Declaring April as Child Abuse Prevention Month.
By Motion – Adopt Annual Police Department Military Equipment Use Policy Report.
By Motion – Adopt Resolution No. 04-2023 approving the Designation of Applicant's Agent for Non-State Agencies Cal OES Id# 093-83850-00
By Motion - Approve City Council Minutes for Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 2/9/2023.
By Motion - Approve payment warrants dated from 2/09/2023 through 02/23/2023 including any voided warrants totaling $240,623.47.
By Motion - Approve and file month end finance reports for the month(s) of February 2023.
Fire - By Motion – Adopt Resolution No. 06-2023 Approving and Filing an Application for California Climate Investments Wildfire Prevention Grants Program.
Public Works – by Motion, Council will consider introduction and first reading by title only of Ordinance No. 470-2023.
