Tree Permit – Hold a second reading, by title only, and adopt Ordinance No. 470-2023 amending section 8.28.030 (definitions) and section 8-28-080 (exemptions) of chapter 8.28.
Administration - By Motion – Approve amendments to City Managers contract.
By Motion - Approve City Council Minutes for Special Meeting, Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 3/9/2023.
By Motion - Approve payment warrants dated from 3/08/2023 through 3/22/2023 including any voided warrants totaling $324,791.22.
By Motion - Approve and file month end finance reports for the month(s) of March 2023.
Public Safety - By Motion, Consider Main Street closure (Inez intersection to Division St) from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on 4/20/2023.
Public Works – by Motion, consider bid award to M. Peters Inc. for the City Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project, and authorize City Manager to enter into contract.
Public Works – by Motion, consider bid award to M. Peters Inc. for the 2023 Water Sewer Infrastructure Improvement Project and authorize City Manager to enter into contract.
Public Works – by Motion, Consider lease purchase proposal for a Vac-Con V350H/850 on Freightliner 114SD Combination Sewer and Storm Drain Cleaner.
Fire Dept - by Motion, Consider acceptance of the Rural Fire Capacity Grant (50/50 Match).
Fire Dept – by Motion, Consider acceptance of the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant.
All items were discussed in an open forum. Council Members questions were asked and answered.
