Notice is hereby given:
The City Council will conduct a Work Session at City Hall 550 Main Street, Weed, CA 96094 on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Tentative topics include:
Public Works Department – By Motion – Approve purchase of a 2022 Ram 2500 Regular Cab pickup.
Police Department – By Motion – Approve purchase of a 2023 Fleet F-150 pickup.
Public Works Department – By Motion – Approve Resolution No. 11 -2023 adopting the Water Contingency Plan
By Motion - Approve City Council Minutes for Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 7/13/2023.
By Motion - Approve payment warrants dated from 07/10/2023 through 07/25/2023 including any voided warrants totaling $730,264.53.
By Motion – Approve and file month end report for July 2023.
Public Works - by Motion, the Council will consider first amendment to the Agreement for the Collection of Solid Waste within the City of Weed.
