Council Work Session Minutes
The City Council conducted a Work Session at City Hall 550 Main Street, Weed, CA 96094 on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Tentative topics include:
Public Works Department – By Motion – Approve purchase of a 2022 Ram 2500 Regular Cab pickup.
Police Department – By Motion – Approve purchase of a 2023 Fleet F-150 pickup.
Public Works Department – By Motion – Approve Resolution No. 11 -2023 adopting the Water Contingency Plan
By Motion - Approve City Council Minutes for Work Session, and Regular Meeting Minutes from 7/13/2023.
By Motion - Approve payment warrants dated from 07/10/2023 through 07/25/2023 including any voided warrants totaling $730,264.53.
By Motion – Approve and file month end report for July 2023.
Public Works - by Motion, the Council will consider first amendment to the Agreement for the Collection of Solid Waste within the City of Weed.
All items were discussed in an open forum. Council Members’ questions were asked and answered.
