CITY OF WEED
Study Session – 2023-2031 Draft Housing Element
Mayor Palfini opened the study session at 4:00 pm. Present in addition to Mayor Palfini were Council Members Mark Mazzoni, Darrell Parham, and Susan Tavalero. Also in attendance were Planning Commissioners Derek Dewhurst, Martin Nicholas, Brian Palmer and Veronica Rivera.
Staff attending were City Manager Tim Rundel, City Attorney David Ruderman, City Clerk Sandra Duchi, and Fire Chief Steve Duncan.
At the time of roll call Council Member Hall was not in attendance, he arrived at 4:03pm.
Cynthia Walsh from Placeworks presented a brief PowerPoint discussing the 2023-2031 City of Weed Housing Element. Council Member and Planning Commissioners questions were asked and answered.
Council Member Hall moved to adjourn the study session at 4:41pm. Council Member Parham seconded the motion, and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Hall, Mazzoni, Palfini, Parham, and Tavalero NOES: None
ABSENT: None
