CITY OF WEED CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
June 3, 2024
The City Council of the City of Weed held a special meeting on Monday June 3, 2024, at 4:32 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Mayor Darrell Parham called the meeting to order and led recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. Present, in addition to Mayor Parham, were Council Members Mark Mazzoni, and Bob Hall. Also present were City Manager Tim Rundel, City Clerk Sandra Duchi, Finance Director Jill Porterfield, and Public Works Director Craig Sharp.
Council Member Mazzoni moved to excuse Council Members Palfini and Tavalero due to scheduling conflicts. Council Member Hall seconded the motion, and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Hall, Mazzoni, and Parham
NOES: None
ABSENT: Palfini, and Tavalero
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was none.
AGENDA
A. By Motion, Considered Resolution No. 22-2024 Approving Change Order No. 2 for the 2023 Water and Sewer Infrastructure Improvement Project restore portions of N. Davis Ave, S. Davis Ave, and Lincoln Ave. Public Works Director Sharp presented the staff report. Council Members questions were asked and answered. Council Member Mazzoni moved to approve Resolution No. 22-2024. Council Member Hall seconded the motion, and the vote was:

ABSENT: Palfini, and Tavalero
Council Member Mazzoni moved to adjourn the special meeting. Council Member Hall seconded the motion, and the vote was:
