SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 24, 2025
The City Council of the City of Weed held a special meeting on Monday March 24, 2025, at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Mayor Darrell Parham called the meeting to order and led recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. Present, in addition to Mayor Parham, were Council Members Mark Mazzoni, Ken Palfini, Phet Virasonh, and Melissa Whetstine. Also present were Police Chief/Acting City Manager Justin Mayberry, and City Clerk Sandra Duchi.

There was none.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Parham moved to adjourn to closed session at 5:30 pm. Council Member Mazzoni seconded the motion and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Mazzoni, Palfini, Parham, Virasonh, and Whetstine NOES: None
