SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
June 3, 2025
The City Council of the City of Weed held a special meeting on Tuesday June 3, 2025, at 5:32pm.
Mayor Darrell Parham called the meeting to order. Present, in addition to Mayor Parham were Council Members Mark Mazzoni, Ken Palfini, Phet Virasonh, and Melissa Whetstine. Also present were Acting City Manager and Chief of Police Justin Mayberry, Public Works Director Chris Davis, Finance Director Jill Porterfield, Acting Fire Chief Brian Carter, and City Clerk Sandra Duchi.

There was none.
WORKSHOP
A. Discussion Only No Action – Budget Workshop
Finance Director Porterfield presented the draft 2025-2026 fiscal year budget. Council Members questions were asked and answered. Direction was given to staff.
Council Member Whetstine moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:37pm. Council Member Palfini seconded the motion, and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Mazzoni, Palfini, Parham, Virasonh, and Whetstine NOES: None
