SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JULY 10, 2025
The City Council of the City of Weed held a special meeting on Thursday July 10, 2025, at the conclusion of the regular meeting. Mayor Darrell Parham opened the Special Meeting at 8:28pm.
Present, in addition to Mayor Parham were Council Members Mark Mazzoni, Ken Palfini, Phet Virasonh, and Melissa Whetstine. Also present were Acting City Manager and Chief of Police Justin Mayberry, and Assistant City Attorney Mackenzie Anderson.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was none.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED
Council Member Mazzoni moved to adjourn to closed session. Council Member Whetstine seconded the motion, and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Mazzoni, Palfini, Parham, Virasonh, and Whetstine NOES: None
ABSENT: None
