SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JULY 19, 2025
The City Council of the City of Weed held a special meeting on Saturday July 19, 2025, at 10:00 am.
Mayor Darrell Parham called the meeting to order. Present, in addition to Mayor Parham were Council Members Mark Mazzoni, Ken Palfini, Phet Virasonh, and Melissa Whetstine. Also present were Acting City Manager and Chief of Police Justin Mayberry, Finance Director Jill Porterfield, and City Clerk Sandra Duchi.

There was none.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Council Member Mazzoni moved to adjourn to closed session at 10:03 am. Council Member Whetstine seconded the motion and the vote was:
AYES: Council Member Mazzoni, Palfini, Parham, Virasonh, and Whetstine NOES: None

Council Member Whetstine moved to adjourn the meeting at 1:36pm. Council Member Virasonh seconded the motion, and the vote was:
