Mayor Pro Tempore Shyne disclosed that she drives by the location.

Councilmember Horvath disclosed that she had an incidental conversation with the architect.

Councilmember Horvath inquired if the market rate and affordable housing units are the same. Mr. Gallo confirmed that they are.

Mayor Meister asked about the change from 14 units to 12 and Mr. Gallo responded. She also asked about the Inclusionary Housing list and the lottery system. Project Development Administrator Alicen Bartle responded.

John Murdock, on behalf of the Appellants, presented his argument in support of the appeal. He commented that this project is an SRO which requires a CUP. He mentioned Municipal Code § 19. 03. 020( f) as the relevant code section that this project should be subject.
