NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT
OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF
THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD
AND CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the March 7, 2022 Regular Hybrid Meeting of the City Council of the City of West Hollywood was adjourned to a Regular Meeting on March 21, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. due to technical difficulties.
The Regular City Council Meeting on March 21, 2022 will be conducted by teleconference only. All items of business scheduled will be heard at the Regular Meeting of March 21, 2022 (except as continued below).
The following Public Hearing scheduled for March 7, 2022 will be continued as follows:
3.A. ADOPTION OF HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE AND CERTIFICATION OF FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT [J. KEHO, R. EASON, R. DIMOND, B. LEAGUE, A. BARTLE]:
STATEMENT ON THE SUBJECT: The City Council will review and make a determination on adoption of the final draft of the Housing Element and all associated documents, including the Technical Background Report. Additionally, the City Council will review and make a determination on the certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Housing Element, which includes the adoption of a Statement of Overriding Considerations and Mitigation Measures.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends the City Council consider the staff presentation, ask any pertinent questions, and adopt the following: 1) RESOLUTION NO. 22-____: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE WEST
HOLLYWOOD GENERAL PLAN BY ADOPTING THE 6TH CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE”; and 2) RESOLUTION NO. 22-____: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD, CERTIFYING THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (“EIR”), ADOPTING A MITIGATION
MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM, AND ADOPTING A STATEMENT OF
OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE WEST HOLLYWOOD GENERAL PLAN 6th CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE, WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA.” CONTINUED TO THE REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 21, 2022.
