1. Waste Management Contract Negotiations - Staff and the City’s consultant will present an update on negotiations with Waste Management regarding the extension of the current waste hauler agreement, including proposed rates and other negotiated terms. Staff seeks direction from the Committee to proceed with negotiating a new waste hauler agreement with Waste Management pursuant to the terms discussed and to present the agreement to the full City Council for consideration.
2. Landscape Irrigation Controller Upgrade Project – Staff and irrigation consultant will present recommendations for the purchase and installation of nine new landscape irrigation controllers.
