BUSINESS:
Status of Special Benefit Assessment District & Development Impact Fees for the North Business Park Specific Plan area
Project Description: Update on the status of the potential development of a Special Benefit Assessment District within the NBPSP area that would charge an assessment to property owners for the special benefits received from capital improvements proposed under the Specific Plan, and an update on the recommended scope of the development impact fee study that will be used to potentially establish development impact fees for new development within the Specific Plan area to cover the cost of additional capital improvements that are intended to serve the Plan area.
