Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, City Council members and staff will be participating in this meeting via teleconference pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e).

In the interest of maintaining appropriate social distancing, a physical location is not being provided for the public to attend or comment. The public may only join this meeting virtually. For Special Meetings, public communications are limited to agenda items. Once public comments are heard, the Closed Session will begin and the meeting will be locked to unauthorized persons.
