BUSINESS:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 22-007
Applicant: Lindsey Leblanc on behalf of Fusion Academy
Project Address: 30700 Russell Ranch Road
Project Description: An application has been filed seeking approval for the operation of a private school and tutoring facility in an existing office building.
2. Special Benefit Assessment District & Development Impact Fees for the North Business Park Specific Plan (NBPSP) area
Project Description: Staff will provide an update on the development of the Special Benefit Assessment District within the NBPSP area, and staff will provide an update and seek input from the committee on the development impact fee nexus study that will be used to potentially establish development impact fees for new development within the Specific Plan area.
3. Staff Presentation of Transition from Temporary Outdoor Dining & Operation Area Permits (COVID-19) to an Ongoing Outdoor Dining Permit Program Project Description: Staff seeks input from the committee on a proposed program to authorize outdoor dining permits on an ongoing basis through the City’s temporary use permit process as long as the outdoor dining area meets the location, size, safety, accessibility, operational, parking, and design requirements.
